  1. Being a team leader for the past 15 years has taught me one thing, “Your only as good as the people you supervise.” Team members wanted to part of the solution, and know that they have contributed their part when it comes to a project; big or small, it doesn’t matter. However, each assignment must fit the individuals capabilities. Team members become very nervous when they say YES, only to wind up way over their heads. Evaluate members properly and you will avoid this situation from becoming a reprimand. Everybody wins and no one loses.
