  2. Excellent video, Kevin. Relatable content and delivery for a broad range of audiences in a broad range of industries. I would love to share this video in a leadership development program I teach that includes a section on expectation setting. This would be an “on your own” piece of learning where they watch your video and then come to the group discussion prepared to share what they learned and teach the principles to their cohorts.
