  1. Video is very good…like the casual style. However…the screen we click to start the video, needs to spell “Communicate” correctly… One other thing, I think the viewer would benefit from a fee more words about your last point. What does it really mean to “wait longer?”. Wait longer for a response, wait longer as you are speaking, wait longer before talking with someone…not sure I fully understood what the behavior is behind “wit longer.’

    Regardless of the above, I really enjoy your messages and tips. They are good to use (with attribution of course) in our supervisory classes.
