Live Q&A with From Bud to Boss Authors, Kevin Eikenberry and Guy Harris
March 28, 2019
2:00 – 3:00 pm ET
We get a lot of questions from leaders and organizations.
And one topic that consistently comes up is around new supervisors and more specifically, how to make the transition to leadership more successfully.
This is perhaps the toughest professional transition that you will ever make – going from an individual contributor to being the leader (and sometimes even leader former peers).
It can be overwhelming to deal with the change and uncertainty that come with a new job. In your new role, you will have to confront many new issues that were not part of your responsibilities before you became a leader. And you must learn how to adapt to these transitions in order to be successful.
When we wrote From Bud to Boss, we knew that new leaders had questions and needed answers. We literally wrote the book directly from the questions that we continued to hear over and over again from other leaders. They were navigating uncharted territory and needed a guide to help them in their leadership journey.
Now, eleven years later, we’d like to answer YOUR questions in this live webinar.
All you have to do to join us is complete the short form below. After you register, you will have the opportunity to submit a question in advance of the webinar – we’ll start answering these questions first and will then as many others as we can on the live call. But don’t worry, we’ll continue to write, blog and record video about the others in the days that follow.
You will want to register even if you can’t attend live. Because when you register you will have access to the recording after the call – plus I can’t answer your question if you don’t ask it on the registration page.
We hope that you will join us!
